  • Modules perform auto classification on document identifying their document type in mix scanned batch.
  • Classification provide confidence as result which can be used / configured to decide if document is auto classified confidentially or require manual confirmation by operator using Review Module.
  • Module uses AI / ML to classify document and training can be provided for improved classification result.

  • Module allow user to perform Quality check on scanned images and allows to perform manual classification for documents.
  • User can perform following operation

  • Functionality are available using drag and drop where possible for better user experience

OCR / Extraction

  • This module is unattended module which does not require any operator to work on it, but it works based on Admin Setup Configuration.

  • Module will perform OCR on document using following OCR technology, but can more be used on request.

Index

  • Module allows user to perform manual indexing of document fields of all documents of Scanned Batch.
  • Each index fields value is checked for formatting and validation rules.
  • Various index fields type includes

    • Text

    Lookup List

  • User can manually type field value or using mouse draw zone (area on image) which OCR and extract and populate the value into the field box.

  • This module deleted images and metadata from DocView system based on configuration for each batch setup in Admin Module
  • This allows user to keep images and metadata in the DocView system for longer and auto deleted once retention period elapsed for each scanned batch

Verify

Manage

  • This is user module which allows user or supervisor to manages batches in the flow while they are being processed in DocView Capture.
  • User can perform or load batch processing directly form Manage module which allow them to track the full flow of the individual batch.
  • This module is also useful for Supervisor or manager who can monitor all batches being processed in all modules
